So I really have to get back to the blogging and I'm hoping that given my Omnivore's fab present of an iPhone,
I'll be now able to do some Mobile blogging! So here's my test run--today's snag of a Vacherin. Not the Fribourg stuff which is ...nice...but the goopy stinky, utterly fantastic Vacherin Mont d'Or. Get them while you can at CheesePlus on Polk St.
