Was I worried that I wouldn’t be able to get good ham?








OR Cheese?







Come on into the Boqueria…

the ubiquitous salt cod.








and anchovies – oh yeah…








plus ham…








… and stuff. This would be stomach lining, tongue, calf’s heads, lamb brains and bull testicles.






OR you could have some vegetables







or an Ostrich egg.
